• Community and Social Services Worker, Developmental Services Worker, Personal Therapeutic Worker, Support Worker, Nurtured Heart Worker. There are many names for these similar positions where you will assist in the programming and daily care of our clients who are developmentally challenged and dual-diagnosed
• Once a new staff member is well integrated into the team, there are always possibilities to take on additional roles for a higher pay rate. These additional roles include, but are not limited to: Office Manager, House Maintenance Manager, Food & Menu Manager, Nurtured Heart Trainer, Nurtured Heart Lead, Nurtured Heart Program Assistant, Activities Scheduler, Paperwork and Tracking Manager, Medications and Medical Coordinator, and Client Budget Assistant
